Many years ago when I first started applying for positions as Cabin Crew, and long before the wonders of the internet, it was impossible to find any information, advice or guidance on Cabin Crew applications and what to expect at an interview.
Had I had the resources that are available today I am in no doubt that things would have been very different and a lot easier for me.
‘The idea of being able to make contact with someone who has already been Crew, someone who has inside information, someone who already knows the answers is fantastic! ‘
If you have your heart set on becoming Crew and need to know where to start or if you have already been applying and have had only rejections, perhaps I can help you. |

I know how it feels to want this very sort-after career and also the despondency after each rejection.
I experienced many knock backs in the early days and learned from the many interviews I attended.
I started to understand that there was a certain way to present yourself to recruiters and how to behave.
I also realised that they weren’t necessarily looking for ‘Extraordinary’ people who have done extraordinary things, but rather ‘EXTRA - ORDINARY’ people - Everyday people who naturally and instinctively give that little bit extra.
So I stopped trying so hard to be the person who I thought they would want and instead started to believe more in myself, my abilities and what I had to offer—and it worked!
‘Things began to change. Not only were most of my applications accepted but I was also having successful interviews and being offered jobs’ |

So if you have set your heart on a Flying career let me help you. Everyone needs help and assistance, especially in this highly competitive age. I know that there are wonderful people out there who would make excellent Crew, but who, due to nerves or a little deficiency in self-confidence unfortunately find it difficult to perform well enough on the day. I’m not offering a free ride; you will still have to put some hard work into getting the job but if you are prepared to do that, then you deserve to succeed! |
